1st: Deepening activities, studies, research, and writings throughout the ages that focus on the history of human, Arab, and Islamic civilization.
2nd: Seeking to re-evaluate cognitive concepts related to the humanities, particularly historical and comparative literary writings, while encouraging academic research in general, especially within the Department of History at the College of Arts.
3rd: Disseminating knowledge and promoting a culture of human awareness based on academic research in various fields of the humanities. This includes establishing new methodologies by utilizing different tools provided by other human sciences.
4th: Striving to create and establish interdisciplinary platforms where specialized academics can present ideas and methodologies that contribute to a deeper understanding of the humanities and the culture of Arab-Islamic civilization.
5th: Regarding the center’s cultural and media activities, it aims to organize seminars, conferences, and events to foster communication among historians, academics, and researchers. Additionally, the center seeks to collaborate with similar research centers and national libraries in Kuwait. Partnership agreements can also be established to facilitate access to publications, research, studies, and books. Through these collaborations, a comprehensive scientific bibliography can be developed in the future to benefit the History Department, researchers, academics, and students.
6th: In the future, the center aspires to establish a dedicated research library that will provide valuable resources for scholars. This library will be accredited within Kuwait University’s research departments, allowing researchers to benefit from its collection.
